Everyone knows you get what you pay for, but who wants to pay for roaches that live in your old crappy cabinets that have been there since the place was built' Instead of fixing the problem they give you ridiculous excuses and suggestions that YOU can do to fix it. Like it's your fault that the roaches are there (even though your apartment is always clean). They don't return phone calls because they don't want to hear you complain... AGAIN... about the never ending roach problem. Although there are other small things that I don't like about this place (loud music, poor insulation, random people riding around on bicycles), the roaches are causing me to HATE living here. We have moved to a new complex.

Excuse me? The person who wrote the first review is not lying. Drunks everywhere, loud parties, the office doesn't care, they don't live here. The first review is right on the nail. This place sucks. The office staff must have written the response to the review. Good Grief!

I have never had any problems with drunks or loud parties. What part of the complex do you live on......I live by the front office near the pool area and let me tell you I have never had any problems at all here! My insulation is not poor and I have had no roach problems what is so ever!Maybe other people have a roach problem because perhaps they live trashy and are not clean people. By the way for your info. I am also NOT THE OFFICE STAFF BUT RATHER A VERY HAPPY RESIDENT!

Actually I DID live there but no longer do because it sucks! There are remodeled apartments that are available for rent but you have to pay at least $50 extra a month and still end up with the same ghetto neighbors. So, our thought was why pay more to stay in a crappy complex that we dislike? Once we started looking around we found there are many other complexes around that are just a bit more expensive but have better quality apartments as well as neighbors. Apparently the anonymous person who wrote the second post fits right in at Skylar Pointe.
