personaly i dont like being whistled at on the way out of my apt when im going to work. my dishwasher is 27 years old (said by the maintenance man) it hasnt worked sence i moved in. the parking is ridiculous because there are so many people living in one bedroom apts. but the broken beer bottles on the sidewalks are a nice touch.

Boy, don't I know it. I swept 5 broken beer bottles out from underneath my son's truck yesterday before I could move it to a safer location. What the hell? Had a rash of vehicle breakins the same night. The manager is supposed to put out a flyer letting everyone know about the breakins, but they never do. Isn't it illegal to have l0 --------- in a one bedroom??? Also apt. 823 is helping themselves to every little boy's bicycles, and actually even took the Mongoose wheels off of a friend of mine's son's bike in broad daylight. Nothing being done. They don't care here as long as the money is coming in. They are renting to low life's around here now.

I am so disappointed to read all the negative things being said about Skylar Pointe. I don't doubt that they're true. I had planned to move there in a few weeks, but now I'm really having second thoughts. I lived there from 1981-1990 and then again from 1997-2002 and I never had any problems. It is so sad to read about the sewage, the mold, the noise, the large number of people to one apt, but most sad is that the staff is not top notch. When I lived there, it was wonderful. Everything and everyone. I guess I'll go looking somewhere else. Martha
