My apartment was filled with roaches I think some buildings do not have the roaches and others do. I called over 5-6 times to get my # programmed into the gate each time they guaranteed it would be done it never got done its been almost a year. I've had to call maintenance around 5 times to get my dishwasher fixed, they did come promptly but left me hanging one Saturday and I had to wait till Monday. Things can get kind of loud outside it never bothered me but others might not like this.

They did have very nice apartments I never had any crime problems and I only remember seeing about one or two notices of crime. I even had a broken window on my car and no one took anything the whole time it was broke ( was not at apartments was my own fault for being broken ). The traffic wasn't even that bad to me. I would recommend these apartments only if you got an apartment without roaches other wise do not move here. I personally took a gamble after reading the roach reviews and lost I've been regretting ever since. They did have problems with gate when i first moved in being broken and fixed off and on. Lately though they've been on about a 5 month stretch of the gate always working.

I forgot to mention I didn't have problems with hearing other neighbors until i got some new neighbors who had kids and would make a bunch of thumping noises while home.

I totally agree with this review. There were roaches but I only saw 2 or 3 in my apartment. I have a daughter and she found one of the rosches and almost ate it....yuck. There is also load music coming from some apartments... and it is very irratating. The parking sucks, even though I have covered parking there are cars that park behind on the curb and it is really hard to turn in. Also, like I said before I have a daughter and I park way out on the other end of the lot. I wish I had closer parking.
