We moved in thinking we finally got a nice place to ourselves and our daughter. WRONG! Within the first week we moved in we were reasdy to leave. First thing was they had open sewage out on the sidewalk leading to our staircase. Literally crap and piss and toilet paper, we called about it and they did nothing for two days til the rain washed it away. Then we had been sick from the time we moved in and couldn't figure out why but it kept getting worse. We had mentioned to the manager at the time about mold maybe being in our apartment. She assured us they test for it. Well 3 months into our lease I look up at my 9 month old daughters room air vent and theres black mold growing out of her airvents. I was livid! I took pictures of that and the open sewage drains that had overflowed twice by then and that they never fixed. I confronted them about it and all they said was that they would clean it. We refused since cleanign it would just spread the spores around so our daughter can inhale it. Which by the way infants inhaling spores especially from black mold like that causes bleeding in the lungs. Oh and I developed asthma from it as well and everyone of us had been throwing up and had every symptom of black mold. By the time I had gotten the civil lawsuit paperwork they finally agreed to pay for movers to move us to another building. The day we were in the office resigning more paperwork a guy came in complaining about how he had black mold in in his arivents, turns out he was the guy that lived directly behind us! All they did was paint right over the mold which slows down the growth of mold but the mold eats at the paint at the same time. I thought the side we moved to was nicer but its not. There's NO PARKING, HORRIBLE MAINTENENCE, LOUD ASS NEIGHBORS, I'm constantly having to bang on the walls either downstairs or both neighbors upstairs, NO ONE HERE CANT SEEM TO SPEAK ENGLISH, OFFICE MANAGERS ARE VERY RUDE, ROACHES and more to come I'm sure. They left a notice saying they would be coming one day to inspect our apartment, but never did and turns out they were suppose to come four days later. Thats how organized they are. When they came we told the maintenence guyt hat our heating element in the oven just burnt out and they didn't say anything or even try to see what was wrong. All they did was look an electrical socket. GREAT INSPECTION GUYS! I WILL NEVER LIVE HERE EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. NOT EVEN IF WE HAD TO!
