I have lived here for a year, I do love it here. I have lived in some pretty crappy apartments (presidio at clear lake - never move there!!) This apartment is by far the best. We have not had a single matinence issue that was not our fault, which was a broken window, they came out and fixed it on a sunday at 7pm, they were at our door 20min after we called them. The apartments are quiet, and i live facing east star (mmm) There are lots of kids here playing out side, so its safe for a family. The people who are living here are nice. Everyone who lives here has to undergo a criminal backround check, just so you know. The only down fall is parking, They only assign one spot to each family, so the person who doesent get the spot might have to end up parking across the complex. But its pretty safe here, and me being a girl, can walk safly around the complex by my self at night. We have never had any issues here, AWESOME apartment complex! I don't want to move in june, but we need to relocate for our jobs.
.. I sound like a commerical! haha.
