My family has lived at this lovely complex for 4 years. This has been a great home and we are sad to leave. My husband's job is relocating to NASA in Florida so we are moving in July. Maintenance staff is the best, they are very prompt and courteous. Management is thoughtful and caring about the residents. I feel like I'm leaving family and it brings me to tears to write this. I have read the other reviews who are unhappy but to us this is a great place to live and raise my family. We will move back into Skylar Pointe if we come back to Houston.

Haha I agree wholeheartedly with the first comment above me. You are so hard to believe. What exactly is your ideal standard of living? I guess if you're used to living in a box or something these apartments would seem nice. If you LOVE bitchy women who don't know how to handle the basic skills of the job then you'd feel like the management is family. Don't get me started on ruined property from the AWESOME (can you hear my sarcasm??) maintenance staff.

The staff at Skylar Pointe are the most attentive that I've ever seen at an apartment community. The property gets better and better, as well as for the people that move in here. I love this place. The rent is a good rate, and it's not ghetto.
