Then come live at your paradise, Skylar Pointe. If you like to sleep...forget it. The noise from loud and rude residents honking horns, shrieking at the top of their lungs and blasting music for hours while sitting in the parking lot will prevent that in a heartbeat. Need something done' Don't count on it happening in a timely fashion, if at all, or for it to be done properly...if you can't speak Spanish forget it! Like walking on the paths and encountering wonderful things like pools of vomit, rotting garbage and dog feces at every turn' I hope so if you live here at Skylar!!! Do you like walking through parking lots at night because the sidewalks have NO visibility or safety due to all the monster trucks parked in every space' Do you love getting your car broken into' How about not ever being sure if your one ASSIGNED parking space will be taken by someone else when you get home at the end of a long day' you can count on Skylar to let you down every time. Mold in the vents' YES. Maintenance staff with skills to fix it' NO. Do you need to call the management office for a repair or a complaint of some kind' Okay, well do you love hostility as soon as the phone is answered, followed by being made to feel like an inconvenience with a ton of "you're just being difficult" attitude thrown in' Then please call that management office right away and prepare to be NOT helped! Come one come all to apartments built in the 70s that haven't hired a management or maintenance staff capable of keeping them healthy, safe, or appealing at all once you leave their always-beautiful and well-kept offices. I have a lot of punctuation in this review not being displayed not sure what that's about...all the ' marks are supposed to be things like question marks. Oh well.

you must be the lovely spouse or friend of "unhappyatskylar" that doesn't have a life either and keeps reposting her review.

Ok, "Anonymous," you must be one of the lovely staff that helps keep the mold infested, illegal immigrant having, roach motel up and barely functioning. I think you are the one with out the life, and besides if your so worried about what residents are saying than I think you need to concentrate a little more on your job and less on responding to every post you don't like.

Hmm, this is interesting..."her"? how would someone that's anonymous know my gender? Who knows if I'm male or female? I haven't said that anywhere on this site. This is a website where people have no idea who the others are, it's not like facebook where you have a profile. To assume anything about identity is strange, and VERY creepy...I have a life, I'm just very passionate about the good that this site does for people looking to move into apartments and think it's important that the real reviews stay current, thus the reason I've reposted my review when I think to do so. It hugely helped some friends and my family when looking for a place. Thanks for the real comment hillj01. Last but not least, HUGE thanks to Anonymous for confirming how important the 2 minutes I take to cruise this site every once in a while really is :)
