We cant stop the crime growth in Spring Branch but the current Manager whose had more police on this property in the last 2yrs than with any other Manager we've had can take her bad habits back to previous apartment complex.Obviously the property owner has cut back his operating expenses, the tenants have suffered the results from "hit & run" accidents on the property, (ex) Maintenance Mgr accused of theft, several tenants have had personal furnishings and personal property stolen from our patios, the entry gate rarely closes so we have no real security at night and the Manager is no longer running "criminal background checks" which was the internal process when I moved here 5yrs ago, WHEN THIS WAS a great place. We have a policy of no more than 2 cars per unit NOW we have 5 & 6 people living in an apartment or townhouse bringing up to 5 cars per household PLUS the current mentality of our new tenants (no older than 1-2yr occupants) is not to abide by the rules including having their guest park in tenant only spaces and simply not informing their guest to park in the POSTED GUEST Parking areas. We havent had car burglaries YET but have had a knife assault, public unruliness and plenty theft of patio property. Think Twice before considering the BS.
