Sprucewood Apartments

Great place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   One of the few places with value. Awesome floor plans, feel like a house not an apartment. My husband and I love it here. Only thing it lacks is a yard for our dog. They are in the process of repainting and relandscaping. Please note that this does house some low income families. I have always felt very safe, even walking alone through the night. My only complaint is parking. When ppl come over they have to walk a ways to get to my apartment. Also the garage fits one car, not two, so someone ends up making the walk. The only two car garage apt I know in this area is near Raveneux off Cutten - very pricey townhome set up. So between one or none, I am happy to have a one car garage and a place to store stuff. Low light bills because apartments are so well built and maintained.
