its ok From: lacristal Date posted: 2/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   had to make frequent trips to management because they had chaged the way there lease are set up and we were still on the old way. They changed rent from being due on th 5th to the 3rd and our lease said the 5th and they keep charging late fees. They didnt have a problem changig it, its just that they were forgetful and very rude on the phone. The best way to talk to them is in person. When we left we did everything right but the old manager that was there charged us $217 and never tried to contact us. The only way i found out was by checking my credit and it was on there. I called to discuss it and they were under new managemnet. I called corporate and they got in contact with the old manager but i had to provide proof of my claim because it was her word against ours. I showed proof and corporate was happy to help me. The new management was not until I talked to their head office and everything was fine.
