Management Sucks From: tmpalmer@rimkus.com Date posted: 3/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The apartments are okay, I have had several problems with the plumbing (ie..sinks, toilets), and the management office can never seem to get the maintenance people to your apartment in a timely fashion. I once had to go the WHOLE weekend with a clogged sink because they refused to answer the 50 calls I placed to the answering service. I finally had to call someone to fix the problem and then management wouldn't even reimburse me. If you are looking for quality in management this is definitely not the place to stay, I wish to God that I could divulge the manager's name, because she is definitely not management material, she knows who she is though. Anyway, the neighbors are great, I have never had a problem with any of them and although the security gates are broken more than they are working, I have never had a problem with security. If you move here and have guests make sure they park in VISITOR parking, their car will be towed if they don't. Well, again, if you want value in management DO NOT MOVE HERE.
