I do not recomend anybody in this apts. The Management team is very very poor and bad.

I am considering moving into Stancliff Park. Can you tell me if there is a problem with noise and has there been any crime issues since you have been there. I also would like to know if you have any problems with things getting repaired and roaches and rats or any type of pests.

hmm.. i have been in this apartment complex since 2001.there used to be an issue of crime in december 2001 but the management team took care of it by assigning security guards. so this issue is solved now. about the noise i would guaranty you that this is a very quite property. well things get repaired ina timely manner but if you have any emergency the work order will be taken care of immediately.about the pest problem.last summer i saw a beehive in the opposite building and reported to the manager and they took care of that immediately. |
