Stancliff Park

I lived at Stancliff Park for over 5 years. my experience there was a quite and pleasent one.
The reviews that i have read, seem to me to be more (b****s***) points than complaints. It seems that the management team is following policies that are set forth and expect their residents to do the same. But some of the residents do not get the point!

In the entire five years there my car was never towed and my guest understood where their parking was. (procedure)

As for the management staff, they never showed any disrespect to me or any of my neighbors. (but i do recall walking into the office and witnessing some residents WAY out of line with the office staff)

A lease contract is there for the benefit of both parties.(thats why you read, than sign)

Work orders were never a problem for me, they took care of them in a timely fashion.

As for the crime , come on now this is Houston. Hello!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh i must say this, reporting any mold issues is the resident's resposiblity.(right?) As i recall i even signed a mold addendum explaining the procedures.

And oh my God , how many entrance and exit gates should a property have? Have you ever heard of limited access?
I would like to finish this note by saying, that i have lived in over 6 apartment communities in Houston alone and Stancliff Park might not have been the best but it honestly was not bad at all. I have actually recommanded 2 friends there and they are currently enjoying there stay.
