I WAS A RESIDENT FOR THIS APART FOR 6 MONTHS AND WAS READY TO MOVE OUT WHEN MY TIME WAS UP. GROUNDS NOT KEPT UPWELL NEITHER WAS THE GATE. MANYTIMES PEOPLE WOULD PLAY BASKETBALL AT THE ELEMENTRY SCHOOL COURTS NEXT DOOR LATE INTO THE NIGHT. SECURITY WAS ONLY THERE DURING THE WEEK AND NOT DURING THE WEEKEND.
