worse.. worser.. WORSEST From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   front desk people in the office=Worse work order requests =worser manager= worsest Nice and spacious apts... but apart from that you will see a building light working if you are lucky that day. work orders are never taken care of on time. I had to complain about my dishwasher for the whole lease term i was there and it still never got fixed. Every time i call to know the status of the work order i was told that the maintenance had completed it but no one would ever show up. i got tired of it and stopped complaining. if you see the gates working you should be happy because they will soon be broken again for months. new rules.... all work orders have to be written by residents.. this is really getting unconfortable for me since my working ours are antagonistic with the office hours. the manager is weird.. she talkes to you as if you owe her some thing..Some thing is wrong in that woman's head. She tries her best to throw your complain back on your face probing that you must have done something wrong for the appliances not to work. by the time you are done talking to her you are fully frusturated. she will help you if she likes you.. if she does not than best of luck! there are much more things to say.. but to make the story short. BE AWARE OF THE MANAGER! AND YOUR SURROUNDING.
