I agree with many of the things that i have read on here. I live here this is going to be my second year. My aparment is very nice however if something gets broken yes you need to put it in writting and wait 7-14 days to have it fixed. Washer machines will never get fixed they tell you they have fixed it an the problem remains. The people at the office are the Worst. If the problem is a small one they will treat you well, if the problem is a bit more than they can handle they start talking to you in a nasty/harsh manner and that is because they have so sense of customer service. Yes the incoming gate is always open/broken however the outgoing is ok/????? You are assigned one parking spot and the 2nd is 100 for the sticker
So if you dont need anything to be repaired or speak to management then it's a good place to live.

yes they fix the place up real nice when you move in.but however if you have been there yrs,they wont fix it up.things start getting wear and tear eventually.and they say that they only fix it up for new move ins.and they are very rude in the office.especially belinda!and rose!but belinda is the worse!

I fell bad for all that had problems with Belinda the previous manager however, I have been here four years and i just renew my contract.We do have a new manager Sameera and Maria who helps in the office they have been very nice and always try to do the best for my issues. I am happy here and some of my friends that I refer here said they have no problems.
