Houston is an expensive city in which to rent, so when we were looking for more space in a prime location we were concerned about cost and quality. The Steeples were the answer to those concerns. The apartments are spacious, well-kept, and affordable. However, the best part of our experience living there was the office staff. To me it doesn't matter how great the apartment is if the management staff doesn't take care of your needs on a consistant basis. EVERY time we called about ANYTHING our requests and concerns were met with immediate action. Shawna was especially helpful and her level of customer service and professionalism is unparalleled. Her attentiveness made our lives both easier and more comfortable while living at The Steeples. Overall, we feel that The Steeples is a nice and convenient place to live and we would be comfortable recommending it to our friends.
