I have lived here for 4 years. I pay my rent on time and am courteous to my neighbors. The property has undergone new management that seem to be improving things gradually. The new fitness center is really great. Parking can be tough and yes at times there is "criminal activity" but this is surely not the projects- It's Houston.
I am a single woman of middle age and feel perfectly safe. It's a convenient location and I don't plan on moving anytime soon!
