affordable and clean From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I have lived at the Steeples for almost four years. My son told me about this web site and how awful the ratings were for just about every complex. I enjoy living here and find it affordable and central. There have been some car break ins but I watch the news each evening and it happens everywhere. We live in the fourth largest city. My only complaint would be in reference to gas billing. I think they are going a bit overboard with that but apartments these days seem to charge for everything.
