I have lived at the steeples for about three years and experienced the decline in the steeples first hand. But with all apartment homes the residents make the property what they are. It is safe to say that the people in the steeples are not up to par. Maybe it's due to the economy or because it is so easy to purchase a home these days that all the decent people are no longer there or anywhere. I can't understand with nice homes, and other nice properties near by why all the riff raft comes to the steeples.

It's like they leave the terrible complexs (next door) to cause trouble at the steeples.

I would like to say that the courtesy or police officers that walk the property are pretty good, that big dark bald headed officer is always around(when does the man sleep).

Office staff hang in there and take care it will get better.
