MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES

The quality of living was great in the first year (management, staff, maintenance, etc..) In my experience, these apartments have gone ALL the way down in EVERY IMPROTANT ASPECT of living. New management & staff every month. In my opinion, they are not at all knowledgeable in their respective areas of employment. The rental requirements have changed and it seems that anyone who fills out an application gets an apartment. You'll find 4 adults living in a one bedroom, residents breeding dogs, kids for days, etc... Now you can move in for $99.00 CRIME was/is the biggest concern. Breaking into apartments, vandalizing cars, thugs hanging out, etc... is not of great importance. The Managers feel that if you live in Houston, your car will eventually be vandalized (just a hazard of living in a big city--crap). Refused to notify or make other tenants aware of increase in crime. Management reports that courtesy officers live on property, but I've NEVER seen them patrol OR assist in matters or situations where they would be useful. AS A PREVIOUS RESIDENT (FEELING BOTH USED AND ABUSED), I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING A PROPERTY THAT CAN BETTER ACCOMMODATE ITS RESIDENTS AND THEIR NEEDS.

I have lived here for three years and feel that they have impored alot and that the staff is wonderful. Maybe you are just super picky and want special treatment so you feel that way.
