This condition in this apt is deteriorating. My apt was broken into twice while I was on vacation. Things were stolen but yet there is no force entry sign on the door. There were 2 other unsuccessful break-in attempts, only to have my dog barked fiercely from inside. Twice we saw someone running off from the front of my apt. The pool house sometimes projects loud music with bass banging through the building in the middle of the night. There was also people swimming/playing in the pool in the middle of the night. We called the courtesy officer on the property but yet noises continued. Neighbors used to be courteous, but now more and more misbehave neighbors in the property. You will see unwanted fastfood bags or soda drinks on the floor and streets. There are a lot of flea on the grass, and one step in the grass the flea will stick to the body and brought into the apt.
