The Steeples Apartments sucks. The leasing office acts all kind and friendly to get you in but once that lease is signed everything is different. It takes over a month for a maintenance request to get done unless you hound them every other day. Nobody in the leasing office returns phone calls. They pretend not to know anything as if they were trying to cover their own a**. There is always at least 1 washer and/or dryer that is not working. There are bugs all over the place and when asked for a spray to exterminate, it takes over a month to get that done even though they do sprays every friday...or at least thats what they tell the residents...
The only thing that is decent is the price and parking but i guess you get what you pay for...
