The Steeples are on the right track to becoming a great complex again. Security has been reinforced, affordibility is present, and the management is communicable. Ms Merlene is great, she should be running that place. Anyhow, I recommend it.

hahahaha thats a big fat lie you can ask any of the residents. Since The Steeples sold this last time to west crop the property has gone down. I live up front close to the office and just a couple of months ago they moved in these 3 horriable mean loud people into this unit by me and they lasted one month, one month and then skipped out and before they left they stole all of Mr. Coppers patio furniture that he had forever and they stole the office patio furinture infront of the managers office. Security, you call security that stupid fat guy that sits in his car all day and doesnt move security. I could do better than that. Why dont they have someone in the night when all the stuff happens. How about what happened not to long ago, the couple that got assulted and the girl was rapped and about how everyone knows but the office said it was just an assult instead of telling the residents the truth so they could be more careful. Please getting better thats a huge laugh. Marleen is great and been there for a while and maybe these new people might be good but you have to really work harder then what you are doing now to get this property to what it was when Venterra ran this place. At least then if you needed to talk to a manager they were always there and always willing to help out. When you told them the problem they fixed it. Nothing gets fixed now and thats a fact jack.

I actually think that the management is getting a lot better. The new manager Nancy is the best one that they have had in my opinion, and i have been here over a year. However, i do agree that security needs to be better
