yea i read the yes's from people and should have listened to the no's. thanks a bunch. been here a month! ac broken the whole time, shelfs broken, caulking everywhere even on the microwave! laundry facility is covered in mold and u cant use them unless u have a key card from a different company, plumbing leaking mold everywhere and just painted over it!! the maintenace guys just walk in dont even knock ghetto rig things. trashy neighbors walkin around with their pants to their knees, cops called ,broke down cars, AND MY CAR FLOODED IN THEIR PARKING LOT!! And im very pregnant and i swear i think i should sue for the harm that they wont let me get away from. yea try to call management they'll ignore u. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

You may want to consider reporting the mold problem to the department of health & safety. Mold is an unsanitary & unsafe living condition ESPECIALLY for a pregnant woman. OR you can let the apartment manager know in writing that you are in an unsafe environment because of the mold & if the unsafe conditions are not COMPLETELY remedied in a reasonable time frame, that you are requesting your lease to be terminated and if they cannot do any of these things, you will be forced to go to the board of health & safety. Google early lease termination for help with the letter. If they do let you out of your lease, make sure you and the apartment manager both sign a the legal form for early lease termination. You can find this document online. I hope this helps. The way this place treats people is horrible. Please also know that if they clean up the visible spots of mold that this will not completely get rid of your mold problem. If it is on the wall, that means it is in the wall and all of the walls and air vents will need to be investigated inside and out and most likely replaced.
