Been at the Steeples a few weeks ago and here are the pros and cons.

Pros:

Good location- close to Westheimer (buses), close to beltway 8, highway 6 and even I-10 and perhaps even US 59 freeways
Cheap rent and floor plans make efficient use of space
love the big trees and mature landscaping

Cons:

Too many black people
See trash and debris around parking lot and gate
too many black people

Wow! Your president is black you incredibly ignorant racist. Perhaps you should have checked the race population of the complex before you moved in. Better yet how about you move back to whatever cave you crawled out of. Maybe you haven't noticed, but Houston is full of color .Part of the reason most of us love it here. Do they have teeth or running water where u come from?

Wow it's the year 2009 and we still encounter people like you. I don't know if you've notice but Houston is full of different race, majority ------ and ---------, so if you don't like being around different race, like ------, maybe you should try living out of the country. I'm asian and I grew up in that environment, but that shouldn't decide how you should think about others. Grow up and open your eyes and mind, be a human for once.

I simply wish that EVERYBODY would be civilized and treat each other and there property with respect. People...don't throw trash on the ground, especially around your living space - parking lot included.
