The model home will make you fall in love. The thing is you only see the model home for a split second so you don't get to see what you actually may be getting inside the home. No new appliances nor new carpet. The layout will also be differnt. Remember the leasing agent is suppose to be nice they are trying to sell you an apartment. At night the parking spaces are completly gone so to avoid walking far from your apartment you have to get home before dark. The maintenance is horrible. I had to ask for a simple ac filter to be brought to my home because it was not avaliable for pick up for 2 months. My ac went out and was accumulating smoke into my home and maintenance never showed up although i called before the office closed and multiple times after hours. It was fixed 3 days later and I had to send my 2 year old to a friends because it was so hot. They were to busy cleaning the pool. I hope you like roaches also Huge ones that FLY. These roaches are not only found outside on the sidewalk and parking lot but inside your apt. I keep my home very clean and I contantly have to kill these huge roaches because the exterminator never shows and when they do the roaches still come because of the outside areas. They send bills by mail and every month I owe money for something that the office can not explain. The washing machines do not clean clothes just wet them and the price is ridicolous. Yes it is true people steal your clothes. I found my clothes in a differnt wash room on a different day from when I washed I just happen to be passing from the mail box and spotted them. This is my last month and I am sooo happy to be moving. Do not make the same mistake I did. Find a better affordable apartment.
