By far, not the best place in the neighborhood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Constant maintenance issues plague the complex, and it doesn't help that the repair staff, although kind, are inept. Expect a revolving door of managers and get everything in writing since even the manager who made a promise will "forget" the discussion. The experience was capped off when they claimed to have never received a written notice that I was going to leave at the end of my lease term. When I went to the office and made a scene, it was suddenly "found" mis-filed, but not before they threatened me with penalties and loss of deposit. They did manage to take most of my deposit anyway claiming to have found damage to carpeting that did not exist.
