Worst apartments in 290/BELTWAY AREA From: ushappyresident Date posted: 6/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Convenient location is not good enough for the price you pay and the problems you will have. Maintenance is terrible. They have 1 worker and tell the residents they have to go by priority on repairs. It is not the residents problem they only have one worker. Resident for 3 months and we have had the air break twice, dish disposal was broken for at least a month and had a terrible sewage smell coming from it, there have been several car thefts, drug instances, loud neighbors, direspectful residents, stolen laundry from facility, numerous car break-ins, gang related problems, bullets found on steps, the list goes on. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has children, unless you want your childs first words to be profanity that they heard come from one of the many trashy residents they have at Steepleway Downs apartments. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
