I lived there when it was nice, clean, and was basically a elderly community (15 years ago). I now live here again, but have a different story. My car has been stolen from the parking lot, my purse has been stolen. There is gang graffiti everywhere. It took the complex 3 months to remove the graffiti from the building. They had a extreme make over sign posted for a year. They are just now fixing a few of the obvious damaged structures and painting. Last year the fence was severely damaged by a storm. Half the fence is still leaning in the carports.
The staff, rude and liars. They come into your apartment whenever they want. They require a two month notice for vacanting the apartments. Every month if you go to the office door you will see a sign that says "Your rent is late!" Every tenant doesn't want to be greeted by this type of sign. The tenants that are late know who they are. They say they do not allow pit bulls on the property, but there are numerous pit bulls living there. Some are allowed to roam without a leash. These are dangerous dogs. These are just some of the problems at Sterling Point.
