Maintenance is good (apart from Gym maintenance-which is horrible-half the equipments do not work) Staff is racist! specially Julie and Donna (the manager). Unsafe There was atleast one break-in/theft in 2004. The resident cop thing is a joke since the theft took place right next to where cop lives. Drugs You can spot teenages taking drugs near the pool many a times in the evenings. If you are an Indian/Pakistani-this is definetly not a place to move in. The staff would always give funny look to you and and to your family. Specially if your womenfolk wear ethnic dresses. The staff is infamos for charging outrageous fines while moving out. Typically they would charge fine for putting nails in the walls AND SMELL OF INDIAN CURRIES. Now thats funny, if someone would live in the apartment-he would cook too. Putting a fine for that is ridiculous. All I can say is that colored people stay away!!
