Josie was so super about helping me with everything. Couldnt get ahold of anyone during 5pm and after so call earlier around 12pm. Move in process was easy. Place was very spacious and we were just lucky to get a good price.

It's great and I love living here, but there is issue with the maintenance requests. I don't remember any issue resolved for us in one week. I always need to request the maintenance more that ine time and sometimes will take weeks.

Office crew is nice so r the worker everything need much work general maintenance communication from office to crew then to the resident. I have been here since October 2018 , I feel that their is lot of room for improvement in many areas.

Service has been good when I have had a problem. However, I seem to have some kind of problem every week or so. One problem that seems to be requiring is with the hot water, which is in constant need of adjustment. .

One important issue we always have UPS/DHL shipments they always deliver the shipment to the leasing office, their for we need the leasing office agent send notification via ( email or test ) to the residents, your understanding is highly appreciated.

I have had nothing but a great expierence here. Anytime I needed something done it is prompt and professional. And the office staff is friendly and professional. The community is quite and clean and I enjoy living here.

My experience has been good for the most part. I would like the property to place a sign near the garbage receptacle instructing resident to place their trash inside the receptacles not just near it. The lighting on the property should be improved.

They need to open more hours especially at weekends. Need other languages staff at the office. It will be better if there will be a box for suggestions and claims without mentioning the name or the apartment number.

I absolutely love this community including the office staff. I feel comfortable here. All of my appliances work and the office staff is very active with the residence. I would definitely consider renewing my lease.

The community is nice and quiet. The management need to learn new ways to solve and follow the problems on the units, hire more maintenance staff, and be respectful of the money and time of its residents.

The environment is great, quiet chamorro you have Kroger store come on it's close to Westheimer. Great restaurants around. Those are the pros of this apartment complex. Good neighbors and nice environment. Terrible manager

The apartments have great living space and seems well maintain but there's too many people hanging out loitering. The security guard should walk the parking areas. People don't pick up the dogs mess off the grass.
