Prejudice Office staff
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 12/19/2006
Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I first moved on to the property in 2004. At that time they were under the supervision of the FLaship mgmt company. Then later that year they were sold to BKGK, which is a small mgmt company. The office staff started out being polite, but as the years passed on they became rude, prejudice, and down right disrespectful. They have made several comments about black people that i found rude. they knowingly allow drug dealers to reside on the property. There was one time Office told a Rita Evacuee, "I'm tired of you people, you need to go home". and one point told my mother to F* off. Someone walked into my apartment and when i reported it to the leasing office and they did nothing. I requested several times for them to come fix my toilet in my apartment, and it was 3 days before some one came by to even look at it. I told them that some tried to break into my car, they hired an elderly man. When I transferd units they put me into an apartment with dirty carpet, a broken bedroom door, and a broken dishwasher. they also moved me into an apartmen where all they did was paint over spider webs, i found several roach eggs under my sink, and later i saw a mouse. during the summer i requested several times for them to service my ac unit, because it would not cool, yet i saw the maintenance man on several occassions, on sunday, going into the office getting the freeon, going to a hispanic persons house and fixing there AC then putting it back. later i learned that there were several hispanic individuals were staying rent free for several months. the lighting at nighttime is horrible.
