Me and my family moved here May 2008. First off i was scared to move here because of the area. the first couple of months it was fine. they would come fix things and everything. after the hurricane, what the --- happened. it took them 4 months to fix but still till this day they are not finished. and the gang bangers...... they are out all the time now. The apartments are suppose to have security..... they have not been back for almost a month. True rent is cheap but da--! If you do decide to move here (hopefully cause the rent is cheap), move close to the front by the office. there atleast you can have a piece of mind. They always keep the area by the office clean for potential residents.....

I dont like the area. People hang out all times of the night. Gun shots go off at least 3 times a month. Maintenance is wonderful! The landscape is horrible and nasty. I would not allow my child to play outside. Even the kids stink like wet dogs. A chick named Erica, who work in the office, seem cool when you first meet her but when I confronted her about her not explaining all of the guidelines, she cocked an attitude. She just didnt want to look like an a-hole that she is. People live like hogs for a cheap price to pay rent. some peolpe act like they have front yards which allows you not to have personal space. The playground is messy and the ghetto kids tear it up. There is a lot of drug dealing and prostitution. Teenagers will hang out in front your apartment door and talk very loudly. Sometimes they stay up all night until u threat them. The space is nice and I do not any roaches. They look terrible on the outside but look better on the inside. They will not work with you on payments unless you are hispanic like I am. I seen it happen. They treat you how u treat your apartment.
