RUDE RUDE AND RUDE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I agree with the previous poster- I have actually lived here. No candy in mailboxes (they are locked-idiots!) and there is no Starbucks at the gate (nice try but we live next to a sanddump and it's like the desert. perhaps they serve cups of sand) The truth is that the only positive feedback on this site is written by the little ------- in the office. They live here, free of course, and write that things are wonderful. But that is crap. CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK THEM ABOUT THIS COMPLEX. THEY WILL GIVE YOU EXACT DETAILS ABOUT HOW MANY CALLS THEY GET FROM THIS COMPLEX AND HOW MANY TIMES THEY ARE CALLED TO THE COMPLEX FOR ASSAULTS, ROBBERY, ETC,ETC. So just ignore the bogus positive reports. This place sucks. And it's not because of the high standards being lowered. IT'S BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. Let me get this right... So I am the person paying rent (sometimes up to $1100 month) and you (the rental office) are the people that sit in the office all day and make about $8 per hour' I think I have that right. Then why do you act like you are living in River Oaks' If you even know where that is! When you are working in an apartment complex- on the side of the highway, next to section 8 apartments- you really can't afford to act uppity. And when you are asked a question, it's polite and professional to answer the question. It's not advisable to smirk, giggle or laugh. You are sitting in an office at an apartment complex. That is ALL you are doing. So take the attitude down a notch. It just confuses me why these little girls that come from some country hick town think that they have made it "big" when they work as leasing agents!! Don't they understand that the leasing company can't get anyone else to do that job!!! The fact is that these people, leasing agents, feel they have lots of power because they deal with contracts and leases. They don't understand that they are just the middleman slaves, cogs on the wheel, and have NOTHING to do with the complex's decisions or otherwise. That's why when you complain or write to them- they can't do anything because they have no POWER. They can't do anything but show you an apartment and answer the phone. These people are from very "base" families, from very "base" cities and this is as good as it's going to get. If they play they cards right and dont' get fired from this painfully easy job- they will be here the rest of their lives. They are a sad and pathetic group. Everyone laughs at them. It's just sad.
