I am currently a resident at Stonewood and have read some of the previous posted reviews. WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT' Parking is an issue no matter what complex you live in. The issue here is residents not telling their guests to park in guest parking, thats not something to blame on Greystar. The apartments are very nice on the inside, and the landscaping and all surrounding areas are kept in great condition. Im proud to bring people here because it looks AND lives so nice. Crammed packages in the office is mainly due to residents ignoring them and waiting forever to go in there and get them. I know this because when I go in to pick mine up, there are ones dated for weeks back. About the office staff: They have tons of, in my opinion, "hard to please uppity city perfectionist" to please 24/7. I've figured out that the main type of people living here are people who work a ton and get mad because THEY dont have the time to take care of what THEY need, so the blame is pushed to Greystar and the office workers. So bottom line: Ive lived in a bunch of complexes. I love it here and know that if you are a balanced person with rational ideas and demands you'll love it too.

Seems kind of strange that someone posting a review defending this complex is posted anonymously. Sounds very much like it was posted by someone employed by Greystar, maybe even one of their office staff. I for one am semiretired and have plenty of time to observe the operations around here.

How often do you pick up packages? It is not that the storage room is crammed with package. It would be so easy to organize the package pickup. The previous management did it with no problem. It is because the office staff is lazy and are so busy chatting and taking personal phone calls and business. I promptly pick up my packages and the staff invariable has a hard time finding them because they have been talking on the phone and not organizing and writing apartment numbers on the packages so that they do not have to read the address of each and every package for every person that is there to pick up a package.

What's that smell? Oh yeah, it's B.S. Hey Stonewood employees - quit playing on the internet and help some freaking tenants for ONCE! Yes and I'm posting this message on all the ones rating this place 5 out of 5 because you know you're full of it. Didn't you get the memo? Employees of this place aren't supposed to post reviews. If you want, you can log in as the manager and actually try to defend your position. Oh wait, but that would require actually ACTING like you gave a crap at all!
