You've been warned.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for 7 months and have never been more disappointed with a property than this one. I could make a book on what I don't like, but I want, I'll just list as many as I can. 1. Major roach problem 2. Floors are all unleveled 3. Appliances are all old, very old 4. When it rains, it leaks 5. Management unprofessional 6. Air ducts are very dusty 7. Next door apt very loud and I could go on and on and on.
