Bad to worse. the Management is completely rude!!!

The rent is reasonable for this area,includes elec. bill. Close to Reliant, to Bellaire, to U of H, and medical center. The downside has been the maintenance and management, I have had problems with electric wiring, plumbing leaks, and old pipes, and these things are never resolved. They are always rude and try to get out of fixing things by telling me that I am imagining things. And the wiring problems have damaged some of my electronics. They admitted to faulty wiring, but didn't agree to help me replace this stuff. Parking is really bad if you have more than one car, if you park too close to the dumpsters they put a sticker on your car. (They actually ran out of stickers once and wrote on my car with a Sharpie marker!!!!)
All my neighbors who moved out before I did never saw a penny of their deposit, I did a thorough cleaning and got a bill for extra rent!!!
If you moved in already the first thing I recommend is you check all your outlets, I had one of them set up incorrectly and was setting off sparks!!!!!
Oh and when you go into the office unless you are paying your rent be prepared for an ugly attitude, -unless you are of a certain profile. Catch my drift, wink wink.
