PROS/CONS AFTER 5 YEARS

Pros: Grounds always kept maintained, but those guys will weed eat outside of your window for 2 hours. Pool always clean!

Laundry: Pretty great. Room has AC, always done fast, and the dryer gets it done it about half an hour, even with big load. Although there are only two dryers in the room, they hold3 pretty big loads of washed stuff.

All Bills Paid: I keep the AC running all the time and it stays pretty cool, except in the heat of summer, but is fine with fans.

Apartment size: roomy and well built. In our 2/2 the kitchen is HUGE.

CONS!!!
The ----- woman from the office: Total brat. Very very condescending. Has sent numerous letters to us warning us to remove plants from the patio b/c it is a fire code and they want things to look uniform, yet another tenant is allowed to pay extra to keep his plants out (which tenant admits to us, Debbie the manager denies, yet he still has his plants out...hmmm! And another one has a COUCH!!! on their balcony and they have never been told to remove. Since removing our plants, we have seen manymany many units with theirs still on stairs and patio so we're unsure as to why we are singled out.

Maintenance Guys: Although timely, they once had to fix an issue for a diff apt through our closet and they ransacked the closet (everything was thrown around, clothes on the floor, stored boxes opened and moved around) and they did not let us know they were coming to work on it, nor did they leave a note to say they had worked on it. Of course I got stuck putting everything back to how it was. Thanks a lot guys!

Security guard: Tiny older man who has such a predictable routine you could plan crime around it easily. He also no longer even walks around, just sits by the leasing office at night and drinks beer with a woman.

Carpet: Paid $600 deposit for an apartment with carpet covererd in catpee.

All in all, the price is too awesome to pass up, but the manager is a total brat.
