This is a section 8 development. The rooms are large and there are vaulted cealings with crown molding. You do get a private garage that attatches to your apartment for some units.
However, the noise in the neighborhood is horrible.. People speed around the corners in the parkinglot (which has a speed posted but no speedbumps) There are alot of kids and we are amazed that none of them have been run over yet. Most kids are left home alone for the majority of the day which means that you get to listen to their rap music at full blast. This has been a complaint we have heard from several other neighbors as well.
The office is typically rude and doesn't want to have anything to do with you, they are more consurned with people's towles being left to dry over the railing after visiting the pool (which is nice but shallow and rarely used) then the noise complaints.
Both I and my roommate have had kids damage our cars, we've had them egg our front door, he almost got jumped in the parking lot one night. We have seen more then a handful of young men with ankle tracking bracelets on. We have also seen -alot- of drugdeals done out in the open.
Things that we requested from the office to be repaired a year ago have never been taken care of.
To have internet you must have SBC which goes out for -everybody- in the complex over and over all day. It's not working more times then it is working.
The fence is often knocked down by the kids in the neighborhood, we've seen more then a few homeless people wander in to raid the dumpster.
You could find someplace for only a little more that wouldn't be such a frightening neighborhood.
we have been generally happy and the price is just what we wanted, but we wont give up our safety to save a few bucks.

I am a single mother that has lived here for 4 years now and do not agree with anything noted above. If there were any question to the safety of my child, or rudeness coming from the office staff I would not have stayed here as long as I have.
