You don't want to live here in the past and the beginning, it was a very very nice place to stay and call home. They gave you reasons to renew your leases at renewal times, by giving you a $200.00 off your renewal lease, but this year 2007, they are not giving you the specials for renewing your leases. They didn't send out notices to that affect that no tenants were getting that renewal rate and no letter explaining that your rent was going up by a percent either. I found out the beginning of this week on the 8th of October 2007 that our rent was going up.

I thought the management of Sugar Creek apartments and the owners of Sugar Creek apartments had to notify their tenants in writing about rental increase and about not getting the $ 200.00 off for a new year's lease. Not just spring the news on you when you go into the office to renew your leases. We have a family in building #9 everybody around there knows the husband deals drugs out of the apartment, but everyone is afraid to come forth because several families has moved out of builing 9 because they got tired of the traffic nusiance of his clients. Then you got the tenant in building # 10 who dosen't work, a lot of young men who lives in this complex that doesn't work, hang outside all times of night. Well the guy in building #10, goes on the Southeast and Southwest side of Houston and steals sets of tires and rims and bring them back and be trying to sell them to the tenants in our apartment complex. The customers that comes to buy drugs( we think) because of the constant flow of traffic comings and goings from the guy who lives in # 9 building. His visitors circles the complex numerous times to make sure he is home. They enter a lot thru his garage door and some park on the front and backside of the complex to do their business. Some goes to his front door also. We were sitting outside of one of our neighbors house one afternoon enjoying the beautiful weather when we didn't think nothing of it until one lady and gentleman in our group says, hey didn't that car pass here 2 times already, and we all took notice and realize it had. Then on the 3rd round, he stopped and parked beyond our building and went in thru the garage of the guy in building 9. Before that the guys garage in building 9 was down, until the car had circled the 3rd time and then his garage went up.

There is no need to call the corporate office because they never return your calls, and we have been told by the apartment office that Corporate doesn't care about their tenants because we are on a fixed income and that is government housing. Well I must say the rental office got one right for a change. The rental office was told earlier in the year about the drug activity by the guy in building 9 and did nothing about it. Now it is worse than ever. You see all kinds of creeps going in and out of his apartment. The gates are always broken, any one can come in and have a field day of stealing if they want. We are human beings and we may be on a fixed income, our money is green and honest and it is what keep you bigwigs in the corporate offices making the big bucks off us housing tenants. How would the corporate office and the rental office like to be treated that way. Maybe the tenants needs to get together and call the TV stations and get some help with ORION REALTY. Believe you me, we have been talking about doing just that. Since we are poor people, maybe having the attention of the media and Quanell X, we will get our problems aired and then maybe the corporate office will like to talk to their poor tenants then.
