Summervale Apartments

Dangerous, Big ---- Roaches, Lazy, Rude Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have gotten my car broken into more than twice. The parking outside of the apartment is terrible. People from the club park on the same street as the apartment so you are lucky if you get a parking space after 10:00PM on the weekends. Delores in the office very rude. This apartment is right across the street from another apartment complex, which is even worse. The ambulance and police frequently stop by. Most times with sirens on and more than twice a day. This complex is adjacent to Summervale. This neighborhood is filled with "crackheads" and other people you don't want your kids around. Guess you really do get what you pay for. Word of advice: Purchase a concealed weapon, you'll need it. Get a good extremely loud alarm.
