I applied for an apartment here and was denied. It's been more than a month, and i'm still trying to get my deposit money back. They have told me on three occassions that my check was mailed from corporate office and lost. Now they want me to come into the office to fill out a form and take it to the bank to get notorized. It wasnt the staffs' fault on property that he didnt get his check in a timely manner. Sunbury Downs is a great property with great staff and an AWESOME service team. Thanks for the review Fakecloud.

I'd have to say maybe you were correct about the staff. They did always treat me very friendly. I just wish someone could have made corporate overnight a check after it had already been lost twice.
