Great Apartments

I was referred and have lived here for 2 years and I love these apartments. The apartments are so nice and clean, the parking lot etc. are always clean from trash, and I always see the maintence guys cleaning up in the early morning. When I came into the office for the first time Matt was the first one to greet me and he was so polite, friendly, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me all of the information I needed. When he showed me my apartment he was so nice, prompt, and he educated me about the apartments, property and services that they provide like trash pick-up on mondays and fridays, the 2 laundry facilities, and the security guard at nights. Overall the apartments are great, and Matt, and the other staff members are awesome (very friendy, and helpful) and they really do a great job at everything. I will absolutely be staying at Sunbury Downs for a long time and I will be telling everyone to go to Sunbury Downs.
