This community has shown great improvements in the last year. They have done a lot of fixing up including painting, redid gutter system, improved landscaping and added security cameras throughout the property. In addition, the parking situation is being monitored and we no longer have problems. The access gates now always work.
Maintenance is on top of everything and response time is great. This is all due to the new manager and team, who are very conciencious and caring.
