Call and tell them what a deplorable place Chelsea Court is. Let them know that their "bond program" is nothing but a formal invitation for all of the drug dealers and vandals. You have the right to live in safe conditions without fear of being carjacked, raped, or murdered! Don't end up like the 12 year old girl who was kidnapped, raped, and left for dead inside of a body bag in a dumpster (this happened at the beginning of this year yet the office will never tell you about it). Don't let the low class scum ruin it for all of the hard workers who are just trying to make a living and be productive citizens.

yes... while hunks of trash pay 672 for the 2 2.5 townhouse honest citizens like us pay over 800 for it and they're actually leasing that sucker for 909. but ghetto trash residents pay 672 to destroy the property even further.
