THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY LIVELY AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS VERY HARD AT WORK AND GETS THE JOB DONE. I HAVE LIVED IN EVERY FLOOR PLAN EXCEPT FOR THE EFFECIENCY. YOU CAN NOT BEAT A WASHER AND DRYER IN EVERY UNIT. TO ME IT WAS QUIET EVEN YOU ARE OFF A BUSY STREET. THE GATE ATTENDANT IS GREAT. HE WAS VERY EFFECIENT IN HIS WORK. THE ONLY REASON I MOVED WAS THAT I BOUGHT A HOUSE AND WOULD LOVE A CHANCE TO MOVE BACK AGAIN. I HAVE FRIENDS THAT LIVE HERE AND THEY CONTINOUE TO STAY EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WANT A CHANGE. YOU MAY SEE COMPLAINTS ABOUT EVERYWHERE YOU GO BUT YOU NEED TO REALIZE THERE ARE ALWAYS 2 SIDES OF THE STORY. THE LEASING AGENT THERE IS GREAT. SHE HAS BEEN THERE A LONG TIME. THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT IN A LEASING AGENT AND MANAGEMENT. LONGIVITY AND LOYALTY MEANS GREAT THINGS. YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE WHERE THEY CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT LIKE THEY CHANGE THEIR UNDERWEAR. DAILY.
