A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

The Facts:
Security-worthless and my car was broken into before they got the security guard
Noise-Drunk College Kids Everywhere -and they said this place was supposed to be for young professionals
Pet Policy-There is no policy- they were supposed to only let small dogs in but they lied-there is dog ---- and piss everyday in the elevators
Curtousy to residents-there is none. Any way they can make the residents lives more difficult they do-they argue and say there is no pet issue-no noise issue!
Parking-Have you found a space'! Never any parking and they are supposed to start construction on their 2nd building with only one parking lot!
Safety-dimly lit garages and my car has been broken into within my first week!
Construction work is shotty at best-the walls rattle when you turn on your a/c and you can hear your neighbors t.v.
They incovenience theur residents at all possible times-they took away they only way to get groceries up 5 stories
BOTTOM LINE-IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT LIVING HERE-DON'T!!!
