Very dissopointed with the new management From: Younking2008 Date posted: 2/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Have been living here almost 2 years, really loves the community and the neighborhood. However, when the apartment was sold, the transition period is quite a disconnect and very unpleasant. The new management is not as friendly and renter-oriented as the old one. They have changed the apartment's name into "Marquis on Memorial" and began some major maintenance like changing the roofs recently. However, the whole thing was not quite well organized, the gates was out of order quite often and there was even a power break recently. You can't expect to get a notice for your package from the management even though they may sign for you. When our AC broke down, we could find the management even during the office hours. The maintenance staff are good though.
