It's really going down hill around here

We've lived here for 1.5 years and have been pretty happy here-- but since we've seen three management companies run this place, each one worse than the last one.
Parking didn't used to be a problem-- in fact weekends it seemed everything left so there was always plenty of spaces of guests. After our initial 6 month lease we said we'd sign on again if they would give us a reserved spot for free because parking was becoming a nightmare-- they did, but that was when the office staff was stellar-- they were awesome. They helped me find out where to go to get new license plates for my car and my son and I stopped in to visit frequently. Staff finally cracked down (once, but it didn't stick obviously) and towed all the cars that are constantly parking in the fire zones. If I lose everything I have because some idiot was too cheap to rent a spot or too lazy to walk from the 3rd floor of the garage I will be pissed.
The grounds have gotten slightly worse (pet poop, broken glass and cigarettes lying around) and I can't even remember how many times I've complained about the broken pedestrian gate. Each time the office staff acted like it was the first time they'd heard from me, and that they didn't even know about it.
I've never had a problem with noise-- in fact we've been pretty surprised at how think the walls all. I've felt pretty safe here, but I don't come home late very often and all we've lost was a bike seat. We got lucky.
Never had a problem with packages, but since the office is closed more than it's open I know USPS often takes my package directly back since they can't leave it anywhere.
P.S. I would recommend this place, just don't expect too much.

i am happy living in this complex and im real happy have this manager kathy and the service guys claro and edmundo this guys always in top of the apartments and never have a problem with that work orders, they help a lot and they keep this complex real clean,and safety. i request my light out in the building. and next day edmundo had a big ladder in the building i never see this guy in top i move here in 95.big change always contract people or electric trucks or people from another complex and this 2 guys and kathy always in shape im happy and still live here untill this guys quit from here i hope the new owner keep this service men and the manager kathy she's real help full and profesional thanks my best for this complex atte.joe

this first response is just silly and NOT accurate. Kathy doesn't even work there anymore and she only worked there for a few months.
